The hotel was good but we didn't know that there was no parking available. We had to park a block over and it was $140 for 3.5 days!

Easy online checkil-in/check-out. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Lovely bar area. Friendly staff. Room was hot even with the fan on all night. Had three adults staying in the room but only 2 towels/water/biscuits etc. Asked for extra towels and they were provided

Hotel under renovation. Alot of walking through corridors. Staff not very helpful. While the hotel is relatively wheelchair accessible the staff ignore the person and offer no assistance at breakfast etc.

Nice location and helpful staff

Easy to find in a good location and the staff were very helpful in suggesting parking in advance of us arriving. There is some renovation work taking place so the reception was busy with check ins as it couldn’t cope with the space, and the breakfast room felt overly busy with little space between tables. Room was comfy and being just outside the city centre meant it was a nice walk to and from the hotel wound stay there again
