The lock on my room’s entrance door was not working and after I reported to the receptionist, I was told someone will be coming to assist. No one came, and after waiting for several hours, I called again to the reception & again was told she is sending someone to help, and no one came to check. Totally unprofessional!

Second stay in a Clayton Hotel in Dublin. Good value for money. Everything you could need (except the view is nothing to write home about). One minor quibble, pre-ordering breakfast is more expensive than walking in. Maybe that's on Expedia.
