The Manager on Duty and front desk were incredibly helpful when I needed to print a document on a Saturday night. Elona (not sure of the spelling) always makes us feel welcome when we visit the bar/restaurant. And she makes the best Mules!

Great location, busy hotel
Stayed at this hotel hundreds of times. Conveniently located, 10 minute walk to city centre, ample parking. Beds comfortable. Fast check-in, check out. Two things that need sorting are, drinking water in the room (so bring your own, SPAR shop around corner), and the shower partition doesn’t stop water running on to bathroom floor.

Lovely hotel, clean rooms and nice bar. We did have to wait for a room to be available even though we arrived after check in time and I had already confirmed that we would be arriving at that time. However, it was sorted out for us.
