Good option for an overnight stay before an early morning flight, and the shuttle service was very handy and very efficient, getting us to terminal 2 within 10 minutes, the on-site food options are very expensive and pretty much have a captive market if you don’t have a vehicle to go elsewhere

Fantastic option if you need to be close to the airport. We enjoyed our dinner at the hotel restaurant and my kids liked the special treats and free water in our room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms are very good size, however this is the only good thing. Breakfast is ruined by terrible coffee, our bed was not clean one pillow smelled of sweat. The window in our room was broken and was off the hinges on one side so it was bad that the staff didn’t inform on check in. One team member however was brilliant and has made our stay much better Tommy at reception. Thank you Tommy you saved the day by being outstanding, friendly and genuinely helpful!

Recent overnight near the airport
Very convenient to the airport. Nice rooftop restaurant, though the music was a bit louder than needed. Nice to have the shuttle bus, but their timing was not actually in line with their postings on the morning I needed it. Very helpful staff. The meal I had was fabulous.

Beware - no AC, hot room and noisy
I had reviews about no air conditioning in this room but figured that mid-October it would be fine to open a window instead. I would have been right about that if the planes didn't take of an land right by the hotel and they start at in the middle of the night and it is one about every 90 seconds. The room was hot, noisy, and as other reviewers have said the double bed was small and you rolled to the middle. On top of that, we waited for the shuttle van at the correct location for nearly 30 minutes (we were 10min early). Eventually we gave up and took a taxi for 10 euros. I was going to bring it up with reception, but frankly the guy at the counter didn't appear the type to want to know. I had two rooms, the other room was exactly the same, we all slept terribly. Regarding the food, please read the reviews on Google etc. It is terrible and so very expensive. We ended up getting pizza delivered.

We stayed at the Hotel and had a major issue in the Restaurant when we found fruit flies in the vinegar bottle, we mentioned it to the hotel manager who said when we returned in 2 weeks he would upgrade our room as an apology, when we arrived not actioned by the manager, blamed the receptionist staff. Terrible management.

All of the countries we visited 9 in all had hard hard did I say HARD beds. And the pillows from hell. At the Carlton where we stayed 3 nights paying for the breakfast extra was a royal pain in the ??? I feel I paid 2 times extra. And it’s expensive. Either include it or pay at the entrance of the Resturant.
