We selected this hotel to follow a one night stay near downtown Dublin for its relative proximity to the airport and for the selection of beds to accommodate our family of five. The rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. Parking was included with the room price. The airport was a short drive away (11 minutes or a 30 Euro Uber ride) with minimal traffic early in the morning. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

It’s a good hotel, 15 minutes from the airport but at least 45 minutes from city centre. Nice reception and restaurant, good breakfast and free car park. Room was a bit rusty particularly the curtains but when we told the staff they cleaned it right away and they were so friendly. Checking out was not so good as they rushed us to check out exactly at 12 while we are actually busy trying to seal our luggage and double checking the room. We left at 1205 and we were made to feel as if we were quite late to leave the room. But when I fed that back to them they were friendly and acknowledged the mistake and promised to look into it which was good. Having a WhatsApp chat with them made our stay easier and they had good response time.

Nice hotel with two restaurants, and a bar. I ate At both restaurants and the food was great. Plenty of free parking, which is unheard of in the Dublin area. It was about a 20 minute drive to the airport.

AC waa broken in our room and we asked multiple times about it to be told it was not working in our room. We were moved after the 3rd time asking about our AC to a room on the same floor to only find this rooms AC was broken as well. Went back downstairs for them to then say the problem was the whole floor and moved us to another room that finally had wifi but now we had to sleep in a double and we are both very tall people and it was still uncomfortable. This was for our honeymoon and there was no effort to make us more comfortable and we were treated as an annoyance and not paying customers . Very disappointing.

The hotel has a very nice breakfast. If you don't have a car just across there is a bus stop. A Lidl and a SuperValu are like 300 meters away. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional.

Worth the visit

The price to start here was very reasonable. From the start of our visit to leaving was amazing. The staff were so friendly, customer focused, and nothing was ever an issue for them. The room itself was spacious and so clean. They had a recycled box so that they are sustainable as well as environmental friendly. There was a bath and shower so you could do either. A nice finishing touch was the fridge in the room.

It was amazing. I’ve stayed there before and it has always been comfortable. I got an upgrade to a larger room and it was fantastic. Great food in the restaurant. The entire stay was easy and comfortable. A+ all around.
