We had the very best time at Taj. The hotel was clean and welcoming. We arrived and immediately were greeted with a welcome gift and a drink. We were early but able to leave our luggage at the concierge. Once in our room, we were throughly impressed. Our bags were already in our room. The room was clean and the room attendants cleaned everyday. The room had great electronic features that controlled the lighting. We utilized room service and received our food immediately. Room service saw that it was my birthday and brought back a complementary cake. We had free breakfast included in our stay and it was literally my favorite part. The restaurant manager of Miss Tess was beyond amazing and attentive. All of the staff at the breakfast buffet were amazing. The food provided a variety of options from traditional American food to local food in Dubai and Indian cuisines. The staff were absolutely amazing at breakfast and even brought birthday cake & sang happy birthday to me. The concierge staff helped us to set up a private tour and gave multiple recommendations for activities. All of the recommendations were amazing. The hotel was close to all of the sites. We visited the pool and lounge, and it provided a quiet atmosphere to relax in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel also has nearby walkable shops and other places to eat. The Burj Khalifa as well as the Dubai mall where a 10 to 15 minute ride. We plan to stay at Taj in the future.

there were bed bugs and my wife could not sleep 2 nights and had rashes all over her arms. we complained this issue to the hotel staff. please share the email id on which i can send photographs of the insects and also photographs of my wife's arms with rashes.
