The location in the downtown area allows for great city views. Located within 30 min walk from the Burj Khalifa. The walk was very nice, saw beautiful buildings. The staff are all pleasant and helpful. Special shout out to Zahid and Omar, we felt very welcomed. The pool deck is as pictured, very beautiful and pleasant to relax in, pool was heated. Room was cleaned daily or as needed. Water pressure in shower was good. Jan 2025

We are from Canada and we had never been in Dubai. We did not know what to expect. We found the Pullman Hotel to be A and its location perfect for walking within15 minutes to the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and Dubai fountains. (we are in our 60s ). Our UBER App worked perfectly and we used it to visit sites further away. UBER prices were very reasonable. All and all we would highly recommend this hotel for people who want to be close to the city's main attractions. Hotel also has a lovely pool! Remember when visiting Dubai there is no alcohol in restaurants (except at some hotels like the Pullman). Dubai is extraordinary!
