Loved the hotel its in a good location, has all the amenities you need. Clean, modern, I've never been to a hotel where it smelt so good all the time. I would love to know what they use. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The extra space to relax in, the games room, pool all are very good. The room in itself for 2 adults and a teenager was a bit of a squeeze but it still worked as we weren't in the room that much. The only other problem i had was the sofa bed it was not so comfortable to sleep on. We made it work by putting another duvet for padding. Overall we had a lovely stay, would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel in a good location for train access, restaurants, beach & activities but our room was located on the road side where you can hear the boy racers at all hours & neighbours slamming their room doors at all times but this is not the hotels fault so overall we had a good stay.

The location of this hotel was so convenient as I have family living close by. The beach is also nearby and a lot of restaurants and bars with a few 24hr places to choose from. The service was great too.

Nice stay overlooking the Dubai marina
This hotel was in a very good location. It was modern and clean. My room was comfortable. Both of us thought the pillows on the bed were a little too firm. We paid for early check in pre-arrival but when we got there it wasn’t available. We arrived at 10:30 AM and we’re not able to get into our room until 1:30 PM. One day two we tried to order breakfast à la carte and we’re told that we had to pay the buffet price regardless. That didn’t seem to make sense. We had dinner one night and were able to order à la carte. I would stay there again but would buy the included meal plan next time.

The stay was memorable, the service was average as well as the hotel. The location however; was ideal for those wanting to go to the beach. The hotel is within a few blocks from the metro and host a number of nearby restaurants. JBR is a stone step away with BlueIsland being an arms length away.
