This property is truly a gem! The view is absolutely breathtaking, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop that made our stay unforgettable. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable experience. The amenities were top-notch, adding a touch of luxury to our visit. The only downside was that the pool was closed during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. However, this minor setback didn’t overshadow the overall excellence of the property. Despite this, we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway. It’s a must-stay property, and we can’t wait to return!

Guest rooms felt dated - no desk or dining table, outdated seating, cramped bathroom, inconvenient power supply. Main restaurant dining hours a bit odd. Breakfast until 11:00am, Lunch starting at 1:00pm. Great, walkable location with amenities and dining options nearby. I felt like I was paying a premium for the location rather than the quality of the guestroom.

From the moment we arrived and our room was available early until we left the service was amazing. We ate at Thiptara and Ewaan and both were fantastic value using the Entertainer voucher . We didn’t have breakfast but instead went to the pool from 9-45 to 11am each morning and had it practically to ourselves. The location is perfect for Dubai mall and we took short taxi rides to the metro rather than the 25 min walk . We will return
