Rooms need to be updated specifically the nathroom. There is no Spa in the hotel. The Courtyard costumers stays until 4Am and sometimes they can be loud.

Very nice hotel, near Dubai Mall / Bourj El Khalif

On Business travel, clean room with good breakfast service. Efficient and polite checking in/out. Very nice Courtyard light dinning and drinks area. Just beside Em Sharif Lebanese restaurant. Starbucks across the street. Disappointed not having an Nepresso coffee machine in the room. TV channels, no business channel (Bloomberg/CNBC).

Our stay at The Heritage Autograph Hotel was absolutely amazing! The service was superb, with attentive staff who made everything seamless. The location is unbeatable—less than a 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall and the Burj. Housekeeping was quick and thorough, and the porters and concierge were so helpful and friendly. The room was a bit dated and could use some upgrading, and the lighting wasn’t the best, so I’d recommend bringing a portable LED light if you need extra brightness. However, it was lovely experience overall. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very well located in a quiet but very close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The are is walkable with a small but practical shopping gallery attached to the hotel. There are lot of good diner options, shishas, pubs, clubs - but your are not impacted by them and don't see them if someone doesn't show you the way. It can used for business or for leisure purposes.
