"This is by far the worst hotel l've ever stayed in. The room is in terrible condition, with everything falling apart and a persistent unpleasant smell. Housekeeping is extremely poor, taking ages to respond and frequently forgetting essentials like towels. The location is also far from ideal. On top of that, the hotel has absurd policies-guests are not allowed to have visitors, and staff even monitor CCTV footage and knock on your door to enforce this rule. Avoid this place at all costs.

Prime location, close to the Dubai Mall. You can walk from the hotel to the mall, and you are also near the Burj Khalifa. The staff is very attentive.

Worst hotel staff ever

The duty security personnel in the evening of December 28, 2024 was very unprofessional and treated us bad. To avoid bias, i do recommend you experience it yourself to understand me. But i commend Mr Dishan in the reception, very helpful and courteous.

Pathetic experience since the check-in. Expedia booking was showing active however hotel front desk was staring it as cancelled. Drain leak in washroom. All lights flickered. Overall had such a bad experience.

The breakfast each morning was a buffet, with a lot of choices. It was only 15 min walk to the Dubai Mall and the water show.
