Great service! Request that the food needs to not be reserved from lunch for dinner. Salads can be made with more fresh salads and ingredients and yogurt and other starches besides potato, rice and pasta.

4am check-in, no bed made for my son. So tired.

Arrived at 4am, somewhere to sleep and have breakfast near the airport before heading to our holiday hotel for 5 night's. Messaged hotel to advise of late check-in via hotels.com. Got checked in, all ok. Basic room on lobby level floor. The room was for 3 people (2 adults and 1 child of 14 years). There was a king bed and a sofa bed. At 4am we just wanted to sleep but unfortunately the sofa bed hadn't been made, reception was not answering so headed to them and asked for the bed to be made, 30 mins later they arrived. Unfortunately no pillows were given, I asked and they pointed to the pillows on our bed. Pillows were terrible, needed 2 each but gave one up for our son so he could sleep. Luckily we were so tired after this we fell sound asleep, room was quite. Room also only had 2 waters / 2 towels and no hand towels for 3 people. Breakfast was ok, good selection for the price of the hotel. Didn't have time to look around as only stayed from 4am to 12pm, slept most of the time. There is a free airport shuttle but due to our flight time we would have to wait 50 mins for it to arrive so we opted for a taxi, not far away but its impossible to walk as you cannot cross the busy roads on foot to reach it. Taxi was 38 aed (10 euros). Good location for a airport.

Not my first stay here and definitely good value for money. The bathroom was a bit run down with a few items being broken or wobbly (e.g., the small rack in the shower to place your personal items on). The breakfast muffins were a bit dry a flavourless, but very wide choice of items.

Best Hotel close to the airport

Needed a quick hotel for the night because we landed so late from our flight. This hotel is so quiet and comfortable and clean and the service was amazing. I was checked into my room within five minutes of arriving from a free shuttle.

The Hotel is close to the Airport, which was ideal for us when we landed in Dubai at 1130pm. They have a shuttle bus every 30 min to and from the hotel and airport which is great. The buffet breakfast was also delicious and the staff are friendly I recommend
