It was a terrible stay at Hilton. The room was disgusting and the bathroom was horrendous, and I have a photo as proof. I am a frequent traveler and thought I would try Hilton. Hotels.com should keep your standarts while advertising such hotels. Totally disappointed

No porter services, security guard had to assist. No travel desk being advertised as a man airport hotel, we struggled to obtain an airport taxi as hotel had no way to arrange it. Front desk was also oblivious of how long it would take to get to the Museum of the Future and showed little interest in helping.

If you are prepared to stay away from major shopping malls and areas this may be an option. It has many transport options but expect to walk otherwise taxi and uber is always available to Hotel door. Quality of residence is average as looks are deceiving. Quality of food is poor and overcrowded.
