Staff were rude and terrible. They failed to resolve the major issue we faced during our stay ( room that had terrible smoke on the 2nd day of the stay. Fridge failed and soiled all of our baby food, washer failed.. list goes on.. ) Will not stay here again. Will not recommend to anyone with small kids.

The room was comfortable and the hotel overall was good. However it was tough at times to get on the elevator as they were small and serviced many floors. The hotel rooms could also use some upgrades.

I really liked this hotel and yhe room was a Junior Suite was very spacious. The elevator takes time sometimes but if your are staying in top floors which are worth the view, its worth the wait. Breakfast buffet was good and pool view was amazing.
