The hotel is ideally situated to the Metro train. The room we had was lovely and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. On our return stay the hotel manager was there to greet us and even got us a room early. Have stayed here numerous times when visiting Dubai.

Too much crowd noise reception areas too small as the hotel fix their front entrance not much appreciated. The shuttle was very dirty and old too much noise hot air just bumping not much airflow or air-condition.

A wonderful experience marred only by the renovations being carried out in the lobby area but the staff were all so nice and accommodating that one did not even notice the inconvenience. Our only (small) complaint was that the breakfast staff were a little less than friendly and the buffet selection was a little less than we have come to expect from Four Points.
