I didn’t like the hotel quality and safety of the residence. After i left the hotel i found that my watch and van cleef bracely was stolen from my room. There is no safety in that hotel at all, and i will press charges if they can’t find my watch. staffs can access your room whenever you’re not there claiming there was a fire alarm in the room which is a lie. My girlfriend also discovered that her stuffs were been searched and arranged back after we left the room. I will never go back to that hotel!

The staff at check in were rude and aggressive. We booked a superior ocean view and was told that was what we received. Please see photo below. Worst stay I have had in Dubai. Staff was incredibly unhelpful

Place was clean, employees professional, good choices of restaurants, plenty of taxis, car services. 30 minutes or so from the Dubai Mall by car but local shops and stores are plentiful.
