Outstanding service especially from Sher in Jones the Grocer and from all the guys in the Pool Deck and gym. Also the excellent service from the Club lounge on the 34th floor-always willing to accomodate. Can't wait for my next trip!

View of Burj Khalifa

Dusit Thani Dubai is a nice, modern and clean hotel close to Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Museum of the Future. The hotel has its own parking and a rooftop pool. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to and from Dubai Mall and other places around Dubai. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has four restaurants in total. Two restaurants are on the ground floor and two are on the 24th floor. We tried the Thai restaurant on the 24th floor and were satisfied. The room was nice, clean and spacious. Our hotel room had a beautiful view of Burj Khalifa and the city. We had four bottles of drinking water in the hotel room every day. The bathroom was clean and offered a sufficient number of towels. Breakfast was on the 24th floor and offered a wide selection of hot and cold dishes including eggs cooked to order. We enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel also offers luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. We used this service on both occasions. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and if we return to Dubai this will be our first choice. The only thing that really disappointed us was the communication with the hotel before our stay. We sent three messages to the hotel via Hotel.com and I didn't get a reply to any of them.

While I can give 5 Stars to the staff, I was disappointed with the bathrooms and the lighting options within the rooms. We had 2 BR apartment suite and the second bathroom shower was way too small for someone to turnaround. In both the bathrooms the water from the shower was either too hot or too cold. Couldn’t get it right. Hope they fix it. Will I go back to sty there: yes!!

We have booked executive suite for New Years eve and room was so dirty. I was nuts, paper under the bed, center table and sofa. We released spoons from room service they said we can only give 2 max as there are parties scheduled tonight. We booked Burj Khalifa view to see fire works and show and asked staff if laser show we will see from here, staff said yes but that was wrong info.. you can actually see only fireworks. I do not recommend this property as that was very dirty and not good customer support
