Close to freeway. Noisy: Walls must b paper thin. Could hear every conversation nearby & doors slam shut to stairwells. What i didn't like: got to hotel at 6:28 to register & noone there at front desk or anywhere on first floor, called out & no answer. There was a sign though which read: busy with a client, will return at 6:40 A.M. Now 6:40a.m. had me concerned because that would mean I would have no room for the night. So after a couple minutes i looked on website & it had the front desk phone number, which I called. After about 8 or 9 rings an employee running to the desk grabbed the sign & went to answer the phone, but i let her know "it's just me" & she continued to register me in & the nxt 2 groups that arrived after me. The worst experience ever.

Courteous and professional. I stayed here once before actually in 2023 as well. Rooms are a bit on small side (traveling with wife and two teen kids). But otherwise a good stop for a long highway journey

Small basic room downstairs. The checkin with some remote screen person checking me in was stupid and more difficult when the desk lady was right there. Not a fan. Had frig and microwave in room. Breakfast fine. I didn’t like we had to click on the room that was pet friendly so not getting cheapest room, Then still to be charged the pet fee.

We checked in and went to our room. The hallway smelled of human waste. Also, the air conditioner in the room would not turn on. When we complained about the smell, the person at the desk said she was just down there and did not smell anything. She also told us the air conditioner needed to be recycled and we should have called. We were told nothing could be done about the smell and if we did not like it we could just leave. Clerk was rude and argued with us and she eventually called the police. We had to leave.

Convenient location, however the building and rooms need an upgrade. It appears old and outdated. The coffeemaker in the room had dust in the container where the pod goes. The floor in the bathroom had loose tiles. The breakfast was very limited. The coffee maker in the lobby was only adequate. I am gluten-free, so I chose to eat elsewhere. Overall, and compared to the other hotels my husband and I stayed at on a road trip, this Best Western was the shabbiest. We would not stay here again.

The lady at check in was very nice. She kept apologizing for the wait, but it was only like two minutes, I told her it was fine. Breakfast was delicious and the bed was comfortable.
