We booked and paid more for a ground floor room and when we arrived he handed me a key to a second floor room. I let him know we needed the first floor which is why we booked it and paid more. He was just rude and said they didn’t have the room and handed me the key. We proceeded to go into the room (no elevator, with great difficulty) and it looked like it was ready to be torn down. Don’t stay here. It’s just garbage. We drove across the country and stayed in many places, I’ve never left a review before but I felt I need to this time.
