Our room was full of insects and cobwebs and there were holes in the ceiling and walls, which made for a ready influx of pests. Other than that, we loved the room, location and beautiful walking trails right outside our door!

The room was nice and big. But the room didn’t match what they were showing in the photo of the room I asked for. Beds were very uncomfortable, toilet seat was loose, siding was falling off of the wall under the sink, no pressure for having a shower, there were little bugs flying everywhere in our room, stains were on walls in certain places, and it had a fowl smell, carpets were dirty, windows were dirty, bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, the pull out futon couch bed was very bad and uncomfortable, even the front door you come in was very hard to close and lock. I won’t be staying here again unless they fix and do some upgrading to the rooms. Beds need to be replaced. Walls need to be painted and washrooms need to be fixed better.

Not the hotel’s fault but construction was an issue, also a shame it was on the wrong side of the river. Waking up to a dinosaur and fantastic scenery was amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay

Great service. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Air conditioning unit was very loud when in use. The only reason I gave it 4 overall. Would stay here again.

I always stay here when i come to drumheller because it is close to the museum and to the north side of town. The staff is very friendly whick makesup for the condition of the rooms. Im sure theyvare as clean as the staff can get them but between the fixed holes in the walls to the cigarette burns or some kind of burns in the floor, it desperately needed a refress
