Horrific Noise Most of Night

Despite registering pets during booking, no record. Took 2 calls to validate booking and repeat registration of pets. Horrific drilling in car park most of the night which imcurred minal sleep. Staff on site lovely and breakfast was excellent

Stayed one night. Room very clean and tidy. Very friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast. Only negative was pillows and mattress a bit lumpy but was adequate for 1 night.

Family friendly for West Midlands Safari Park trip

It was my daughters 9th birthday trip and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. She was gifted balloons and treats by the staff which was wonderful.

Very friendly welcoming staff, nice hotel, clean. Great value with the breakfast included, which was decent enough. Small issue with the air con unit leaking, but no big deal as it wasn't above the furniture, just don't put your luggage under any air con unit! Just put the bin under it to minimise waste damage for the hotel.

Brilliant stay.

I was checked in by the most efficient , welcoming member of staff. Everything was explained and any questions answered knowledgeably. I only stayed the one night, not checking in till late evening but there were plenty of eateries right next door. My room had all the amenities I needed, comfortable bed, fully working Aircon, which was great. Ultra clean bathroom, nice soap/shampoo etc. Very quiet hotel, considering McDonald's and the motorway run right past. All in all a great stay at a superb price.

The noise from the room next door was very annoying it was a young family whos baby was crying all night ,they were slamming door in the eary hours wich as you can imagine was very loud and kept us awake, so no rest, the carpet in the room was of poor standard needs a clean or replacing, when this happens you seem to have a downer on al aspects of your stay hence the review marks.

Everything was to a very high standard the only downside is that in a twin room for the right hand side bed there is no electricity socket or charging point, both are on the left side only which is very inconvenient

Somehow I ended up with an Accessible room, which would have been OK except there was a light insidecthe suite above the door that was on 24/7 and could not be turned off. The carpeting was bleached out by the sun and gave an overall poor impression and the A/C unit didn't work. I was supplied with a fan as the room was too hot for my comfort which helped, however the A/C unit decided to try and start at 3:00 a.m. on night 2 of my stay, making a hideous noise and requiring a call to the front desk. Luckily the staff member was able to fix the problem by cutting the electricity to the unit, but sleep was then impossible. Suprisingly, the team manager was unaware of this situation when I refered to it the following morning, but refunded me the cost for that night's stay.
