Our room was great, it had everything you needed. Bed & sheets were very comfortable! We got there before check in time, We waited until 4:16pm, then asked if front desk - when we could check in. Oh it’s ready, they had been busy did not get a chance to email us.

Super walkable to DC sites and located right next to a major metro station. Perfect spot for a home-base to explore DC!

Convenient location. Initially booked me into room that was only partially cleaned, otherwise disgusting. Then moved me into a room not fully equipped. Charged offensive "destination fee" in addition to room change.

Visited DC recently for the cherry blossom. The property was under construction when we stayed there. No mention of such thing prior to booking a nonrefundable room. As soon as I booked it, I got a message alerting me that it was being renovated but since it was non refundable, I just left it and didn’t bother. We were staying only 3 nights. The banging noise started precisely at 9 AM and continued throughout each day. We were outside most of the time, so it didn’t really bother us, but would have appreciated the information prior to booking the property. Other than that everything was great. Good location with a lot of high-end store around. Great restaurants in the area that’s walkable.
