If you paid for queen room whatever you see in picture they gonna give you not that room but other one then supervisor gonna tell you the room that you booked i gave it to someone else. And i have one room under renovation you have to adjust in that one and if you reject it to stay they not gonna give you money back. Hotel is terrible unsafe location . No good service very dirty room AC are broken

I’m impressed. Went there for a few hours. Read the reviews before hand and they were terrible. Upon arrival we were greeted and shown the room. Very clean and comfortable. Good experience

Friendly staff. Clean and inexpensive. But extremely small room with A LOT of traffic and subway noise. The front desk tries to park you in a ramp that you have to pay for every time you go in and out. There’s free parking on the street. Just make sure you read the signs.
