Staff were super friendly and helpful. Love the vintage staircase - gives the hotel that rare, not too corporate feel. Comfy, quiet room. Coffee shop on first floor was a MAJOR plus. The welcome drink was nice too & our bartender was a real deal nice guy.

A central location, close to Boston Commons, Historic Landmark and lots restaurants/cafes. Hotel is in the heart of downtown theater district. The hotel staff were amazing (attentive and friendly).
You're immersed in the sounds of the city yet comfortably settled into a cozy room when its time to turn in.

Brilliant location - a few minutes walk to Boston Common and subway - and in the heart of theatre land with great bars and restaurants. Staff were brilliantly friendly and efficient - only negative point was the very noisy air conditioning.

The valet parking was excellent in the congested downtown area. Even though we were not able to use them, staff provided free drink tickets and was very friendly.
