Our first room freaked of bleach (so severe that our eyes were tearing) so we had to move to another room. No valet attendant so we had to self park. The steak house was excellent! The service and food we quite enjoyed.

Hadn’t stayed here in over 15 years. Happy to see the facilities were as enjoyable as before, upgraded amenities and plenty to do in the area. I remember the comfortable bed, and it didn’t disappoint.

Check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM, but they informed us it would not be ready until 4 PM. There was nowhere to sit while we waited, and the staff was brusque, slow, and unwelcoming. The room was fairly clean, but the pillows were horrid, fat and uncomfortable, and the front desk staff were unpleasant whenever we spoke to them. However, the housekeeping staff was very nice. During our stay, we never received clean towels or additional supplies; we had to call and request coffee and toilet paper.

We enjoyed ourselves at ballys. The room was nice and clean. Nice size room. The staff at the desk were friendly. Places to shop and dine out if you dont want to eat at there hotel was easy access. We loved the casino

I did not like the people loudness inside the hotel when it was time to sleep. People were drunk and loud also I had problem check in.for whatever reason they had my first name wrong when i check in. I had to call u guy's three times and still was not able resolve it. I had to take matters in my own hands.
