The room we stayed in had the wall in the bathroom literally chewed all around the door frame. The toilet was rusty, the bath tub was stained. I personally would have changed the room but it was for my mother and she didnt want to make a fuss. The walls were dirty, the floors werent even clean. The lock on the door was broken also. They did look like they may have been remodeling or atleast changing out the furniture. But if they dont deep clean and fix the walls then why put new furniture in?

Peaceful stay while waiting for my boyfriend to get in on a good position at his new job.. This room was at low cost with hotels com thank gods because we were waiting on employment at a new job and was using our savings. We were surprised to find this location felt more like being at home than in a hotel.. the staff came by quickly and we're very efficient.. I had a very secluded building with a lovely view of newly planted trees that opened up the back area to some beautiful woods that made us feel as if we were alone and had a peaceful stay..

Upon arriving there are mattresses and refrigerators piled on the property. We entered our non smoking room and you could clearly tell it had been smoked in. As we brought our laughed in we found random clothes and shoes left in a draw, used hair dye bottles and whatever else they used to dye their hair as well as a bag of an unknown substance in a black bag. We took pictures and went straight to the office to which they put us in a new room that smelled smoke free.

When booking the room it did not state smoking, but upon checking in we were told it was a smoking room and it was the only room available. Room was filthy, door would slightly open when other doors were slammed and it look like blood was smirred on the back of the door. My kids were scared in the room and we could not handle the smoke smell and left after being there for 10 minutes. We asked for a refund and the manager would not lets us in the lobby and said I’ll see what I can do. However, no refund has been given at this juncture.

I reserved 2 rooms both was in terrible condition. Stains, holes and missing sheetrock in wall. The rooms were not clean. They both had a very bad sewage and smoke smell. The clerk was as nice as he could be considering the shape of the hotel. The manager was not very friendly and suspicious of us trying to pull somthing over on the hotel, even though we voluntarily told him of our little dog. The wall were thin so we could hear everything or neighbors were doing, including some noisy children.
