The size room we originally booked was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff was very apologetic, and we took a smaller since we were checking in late. Room was fine for the one night we needed it while passing through the area.

The swimming pool was filled in with dirt and grass. The room smelled terrible and had a feeling the comforter was not clean. All the interactions I had with the staff was fantastic as they were very accommodating and nice. Based on the price of the room compared to other hotels in the area, it appears that you get what you pay for a comfortable room to sleep, but not necessarily above a two star.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were comfortable, and the walls were pretty solid so I didn't hear any of my neighbors talking like in some hotels. Breakfast was decent, just would have wished for a little more variety since I stayed there for so many days.
