When I spoke with Jessica on the phone prior to my arrival we discussed my special needs. However, when I got there the person who checked me in did not look at the notes and follow the instructions and I was given a sub par room and not at all what was previously discussed. When I checked out Jessica was back. She called the other staff member and told him not to change her instructions again and she apologized which I accepted. Im writing this review mostly because the room I had was old, dated, dirty with rust stains in the tub. The food was lukewarm at best. And although I am a disappointed customer, the staff was friendly.

Clean and fresh

Hotel appeared to have been recently remodeled- everything was clean and new. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Only things that need improvement were the water pressure, the sheets quality and adding coffee pots to the room. Overall nice stay and we would choose again.

The sheets had paint spots on them and the comforter had stains on them. I was not overly confident that it was clean because of this. The top fitted sheet was also too small and kept coming off on both side of the bed. The bed frame made a bad break if you got up in the night. There was areas in the room where repairs were made and left unpainted. Overall not a pleasant stay. The breakfast was not really appealing either.

I rented this room out for one night. I got off work as a waitress and all I wanted was a hot shower. Not once did the water get even lukewarm. That’s my one major complaint. I tried to get a room with two beds. And the only option was the room has a little maintenance to do. When I asked it was bcuz drugs were being cooked or done in it. I didn’t want that so I kept the one I booked. Over all the staff were friendly. Room was kinda dusty. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a family as I discovered drugs were being done in some of the rooms. I didn’t feel unsafe. Parking for big cars is challenging. Not sure I’d stay here again.

The property is just ok. Really did not like the check in, had to go into a glass foyer and hand things through a slot. Spoke through a glass hole. I thought once he identified I had a reservation and was checking in he would open the door allowing me to enter. Nope, stayed in the glass boxlike a criminal. Terrible customer service. We were only there overnight. The hotel was fine. The location is convenient. My only issue was that the door to the room doesn't quite close completely. Not that it doesn't latch, but more so that when you close it you can see around the bottom and sides as if it's the wrong size or something.
