Nice overnight stay after day around the park

Check-in is chaos, with people queuing in the reception area, and some people's rooms still not ready at stated check-in times. Suite rooms dont quite overlook the animals as billed, but you do get a cracking view of the park. The suites are basically furnished, but spacious and have pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bathroom area is huge and shower is nice and powerful. You hear quite a lot of noise from other rooms - children running up and down corridors - but then it's obviously more set up for families than couples.

We had booked a room that was described as having a view to see the animals but we were put on the opposite side of the hotel. My wife checked in by herself with two kids, whilst I was out(watching the football) the staff watched her struggle with 2 cases a pram and two children. They could have offered to take the bags as there was a gent working there

Excellent hotel. Stayed with partner and 2 children. The kids loved the bunk beds and found them comfy. The tv was a little bit temperamental but we managed ok for our short stay over. Watermarks on the taps in the bathroom could have down with a wipe over by the cleaners but otherwise it was very clean and the little fridge was a lovely added bonus. We visited the wildlife park which was excellent and ate at the evolution restaurant although pricey the food was good especially the kids chicken nuggets. It was a great dining experience with the animatronic dinosaurs. We would recommend and definitely consider another visit.
