Another great stay…apart from the bin view
The overall trip was excellent. Being so close to the park and restaurants was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The temple spa toiletries were a lovely touch. Breakfast was delicious. The only things I would improve were my view and mirror position. I have previously stayed in a room over looking the park and it was brilliant as we could see the animals. This time we paid for a balcony overlooking the park and were placed overlooking the bins and restaurant’s outdoor chairs so it wasn’t worth the extra money. It was also awkward trying to get ready using the mirror down the side of the bed. It is placed right in the corner. A mirror on or above the desk would be so much easier. We were disappointed with the view but overall a great stay.

Although choosing an accessible room, access to the hotel building is only accessible from the distant disabled or residents car park. One of our party has mobility issues, and the distance was too far to walk. Luckily we could borrow a wheelchair.

One fantastic hotel, park and resort!
Brilliant stay at the HEX. Perfect location for the wild life park, onsite just 1 min from the entrance. Car park was a 2-3 min walk too. Really convenient for the restaurant, bar, cafe and shops. So much to do. Really new resort and really well thought out. Everything seemed so clean and new. We went with friends and it was so practical for meeting up after freshening up between park and evening. Great food at the immersive restaurant. Very good cocktails also! Try and you’ll like. Bar staff very friendly and asked for feedback on their cocktails. Felt they have pride in their work and their creative special cocktails. Overall excellent stay and highly recommended. Will be going back in the summer as this was an end October trip and the summer should make it even better.

A great stay in a standard room with a balcony as a family of four. The attention to detail from arriving to departing meant the money spent on this stay was worth it. The place is clean and welcoming, it smells beautiful in the lobby and around the hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights with my 10 year old daughter. We both had a fantastic stay, we had everything we needed, beds were warm and very comfortable, enough lighting for bedtime reading, ensuite was spacious and the little toiletries offered were lovely. The tea and coffee selection was great, even hot chocolate and jammy dodger biscuits! Black out curtains and a great view of the shops and ferris wheel. Plenty of hangers provided, iron and flat screen tv. Also on each floor there was vending machines and microwave. Everything was clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. All the boutique shops were a lovely touch, some great gifts to buy and plenty of choice of eateries. Wildlife park entrance was literally a 5 min walk from the hotel. Definitely will come and stay again.
