I would not choose this hotel again

For a comfort hotel, it's not up to par. The mattresses are terrible, the refrigerator didn't work very well, the microwave is prehistoric. It says they have high-speed Wi-Fi, but I've never been able to get a successful connection.

My son and mom are disabled and i had requested a handicapped room. The toliet was far from accommodating. The reason i chose was the pool, the water was very cold, the lift didn’t work and the hot tub was lukewarm. Will not stay again. The breakfast was good.

We have stayed at this property a few times. Great for kids and the adults. We were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The morning the breakfast was good. We will stay here again when we are in town.

There were little kids running behind the counter & dripping water everywhere. The kids were family or friends if the clerk. The clerk told me my card declined & there was nothing he could do since it was a 3rd party booking and my card was charged already.
