It was alright, but when I checked in and entered my room it was full of flies probably because someone left the door open while cleaning. Everything else was good. No complains except that.
The owner was very rude and first said he didnt have rooms and when I called to to tell Hotels.com he said I was lying and told me to get off his property. Then hotels.com talked to him and he said he never said that and he could provide a room. I didn't feel safe so I said I wanted a refund and I stayed at a different hotel without using Hotels.com because they didn't try to make sure I was safe or believed me what that man said.
First of all, we had to wait for the room to be ready. Check in is after 3 and arrived later but didn't get in our room till after 8pm, 2nd had issues with electrical which is understandable but our room was not cleaned the 2nd day and had no clean towels and no breakfast like website states and no coffee in lobby. Probably won't be back!
No one at front desk to serve customers. Crazy guy staying in the office with a dog no customer service must be high on drugs yells at customers. No breakfast no cups, no coffee no plates. Terrible customer service. Don’t stay no lighting at entrance.
