Excellent Stay in a nice town.

The hotel had a great location. The hotel was clean. The room and bathroom were spotless and a very comfortable bed. They gave us good recommendations where to eat. Easy and quick to get to the TR National Park.

Absolutely horrible. Our sheets on one bed had what appeared to have blood stains and the other bed appeared to have been slept in with food crumbs. Greasy hand print on the bathroom door and garbage behind the television. When I brought my concerns to the front desk associate she called her manager. She told the manager "I can't keep doing housekeeping job" They had no other available rooms.I asked for clean sheets so we could just go to sleep. The next morning I spoke with the manager. He was apologetic but refused to give me a credit for the room. Instead he reached into his wallet and gave me $40 of his own money. It was incredibly awkward. I have since emailed Wyndham for a full refund.

The hotel bar of soap was literally the size of a walnut. No meat or eggs offered for breakfast and strawberry waffle batter is nonsense. Comfortable bed, nice room, staff friendly. But for Pete’s sake, you’re not going to go bankrupt having a reasonable bar of soap, powdered eggs and paper thin hotel bacon.

We did an overnight stay. Definitely great for a budget. It was relatively cleab and comfortable. Looks like its had fresh paint and touch ups recently which was nice. I would stay for a quick stay again

The front desk staff had everything ready upon check-in. She was efficient. The hallways looked dingy. It could've been the lighting but the walls & floors looked like they could use some extra attention. The lamp shades, phone, carpet near the walls & area around the refrigerator were dusty. The carpet edges & refrigerator area had a thick coating of dust. The carpet looked like it needed a deep clean, as did the whole room. The bed was comfortable & sheets smelled/appeared clean. We didn't use the shower because it had mildew all around the edge of the tile at the tub. Just overall, we didn't feel 100% comfortable with the room. It was paid & non-refundable, so we slept & left.

The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful when we checked in on 6/18. He was helpful throughout our stay as I had several questions for him and he helped me on each one. Shannon was very friendly and offered us good advice about our travels the next day. The next morning she had breakfast ready and it was very good.
