Good but could be better

Was visiting for an event in the area, picked this hotel based on the location. The refrigerator in the room still had food from the last guest that was left. The location of our room was terrible, it over looked an area downstairs and it was extremely loud it our room. We could hear everything including our neighbors alarm at 4am.

Best bang for your buck

This is probably the best bang for your buck. Right on the lake, close to downtown, prepared staff, and an onsite restaurant. While there aren’t a ton of amenities and the pool is a bit small, the restaurant breakfast deal is a steal. The rooms have what you need for your stay but it would be tough with more than two people per room. Overall, a great, clean stay in a relatively quiet hotel.

We stay here often. We stayed 3 nights this time and the "housekeeping" consisted of making the beds, emptying garbage and replacing towels. The floors were not vacuumed, swept or mopped in our room The fixtures were not wiped down

If you like a quiet place to stay, do not stay here. The drunk bar crowd woke me up around 2 a.m. And then at around 7 a.m, I was awoken by children swimming in the pool, According to the front desk, they must have jumped the fence as pool does not open until 8 am.
