Wasn’t explained, but you must have $140.00 in cash for deposit plus, the amount of the reservation on card. The inside was very welcoming with heated pool, full snack bar area and a restaurant and bar open until 10pm. A lot of vending machines throughout. Comped breakfast tickets for each in your party for the restaurant in the am and a free drink coupon upon check in that may be used in restaurant/bar.

Terrible airport shuttle service
- We waited “in the freezing cold weather” for the shuttle for one hour after making several calls to the front desk. Everytime we call, the receptionist tells us that the bus is 5 minutes away (well, the driving time from the hotel to airport is only 5 minutes). Then, she rudely said that “you can take an uber if you don’t like waiting). - The elevator is out of order so had to carry the suitcase on my shoulders - The door is very hard to open - The shower is not working

Staff was not friendly, provided no guidance and there is no where to eat or drink after 8pm. Room was full of hair and the staff refused to clean it. Felt like I was staying in a hotel criminals stay at considering it looked like there was blood all over the stair way. I did not feel safe there honestly.

Paid for parking at booking ‘ however Expedia did not confirm parking was paid for a week with the hotel. Had to pay another $80. for parking. Second time using Expedia and had issues with the booking. Would like to be reimbursed back on my credit card for paying twice for parking.
