I would stay here again. Couple of suggestions would be that a number of the doors to the rooms do not seem to close smoothly and therefore have to be pushed or pulled shut, making a loud slamming noise. Also the beds could be a little more cushiony. But I enjoyed the continental breakfast, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean.

Counter staff was nice and friendly when we checked in. Clean hotel. Our bathroom had a very loud buzzing noise, heard even with the door closed, and when we inquired about changing rooms (yes maintenance looked for the problem) we were told that the manager does not "allow" for room changes unless there was an issue with the room. Not being able to sleep is an issue.

The property is very old and run down. Room carpets and AC are very old. The beds are comfortable and the hot breakfast is decent but could be better. I feel like this hotel has a lot of potential if only it was maintained. And to top it off, the shuttle took an hour and a half to pick us up at the airport. We had to call thrice, and we were told different things every time— the shuttle will be there in 15mins, they didn’t receive a call, there was a shift change etc. Inconsistency and excuses are the least thing you want to hear after a long flight.

This property is very old and dirty. They are in need of major repairs. Our room was not only dirty but the bathroom door could not close properly. The back of the room door has big brown spill stains that dripped and dried down the entire door. The towels, sheets and pillow had old stains in them. The elevator was also broken which was a huge convenience because we had luggage and bags. I will never stay at this property again.

The hallway we were on was ice cold. Went just for the pool. Someone had gotten sick in it. Couldn't use and that was the main reason for going. They gave vouchers for their Cafe and couldn't use them because it was closed. Beds were clean but they don't have good frames. I say on the for of the bed and i almost flipped the entire bed over.

My room did not have hot water. I told the front desk and was told to let it run since my room was at the end of the hall. I ran it for 15 minutes and it did not get hot. The elevator was broken and we had to carry our bags up a flight of steps.

Great idea for a family getaway

I looked beautiful from the pictures, but clearly it needs to be updated on the site. The room was cold I had to call and ask for them to fix the heat. The hot water in the bathroom wasn’t working no matter which way you turn the knob other than that, it was quite pleasant.

They made me check in and give my ID again on arrival even when I already did that online. When I told them that I already did everything online so it should be there, so they said “You are not local so we have to do it”. I don’t know how many times they need to take the ID
