The property was excellent. If you don't need close proximity to an address near the hotel, Southfield isn't great for proximity to things like restaurants, groceries, places to walk.

The hotel itself is old & could use some upgrades. There’s lots of people smoking weed right outside & near the hallways, which makes it seem/smell low class despite it being a Westin hotel. Otherwise, the staff is pleasant & professional. The gym was lovely.

I love this hotel but this stay wasn’t that great my room had no heat we was told they was going to bring us some heaters they never came was very disappointed.

Love the property. Couldn’t give it a 5 star because the room I was given was not the deluxe suite advertised. Needed the walk in shower ( as seen in pictures) but they only offer tub/shower combo. Disappointed since my partner is handicap and a walk in shower would have been awesome. Other than that it’s a great hotel and had a great experience. Love the restaurants too.
