The outside of this hotel is very appealing so I feel the inside should be also! Everyone was very nice, but for the $ I expected more from the room and not to have to pay 15 dollars to park your vehicle on top of the cost of your room!

I was delayed in getting to the property because of flight delays/rescheduling. They worked with me to ensure that my room was still available (despite being 18 hours delayed! The room was really nice, comfortable and quiet. Great place!

Parking was awful. It was dark. Entrance to hotel from parking - I could not find it. I drove around the parking structure for an hour looking for a safe place to park. Ended up using valet. As a woman traveling will never stay here again for this reason.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Upon checking into my room, I discovered brown residue all over the sink. I immediately notified the staff, but they informed me there were no other double rooms available and sent maintenance instead. Maintenance explained that sewage from a neighboring room had backed up into the sink—absolutely disgusting. While he snaked the drain, debris remained in the sink. I contacted the front desk again, and they sent someone else to clean it, but even after that, there were still visible spots left behind. No accommodations or compensation were offered for this serious inconvenience. I expected far better standards of cleanliness and customer service.
