Location was perfect, was an 8 minute drive to the concert venue. Arrived at 6pm. Property was clean, well lit and we were met by a super friendly front desk staffer named Ray. Check-in was super easy/quick. Lobby was beautiful, clean, bright and very welcoming. Our room was on the second floor. Beds are AMAZING! Room was spotless! Love that the door has an alarm to let u know it’s opening or not closed enough. Great safety feature! Bathroom is huge! We had two queen size beds that felt like King sized. Train tracks outside our room but didn’t hear a thing. Will absolutely stay here again if we get back to Detroit!!! Best sleep I’ve had in a long time! FYI we slept in and didn’t partake in the continental breakfast so I cannot comment on that. Pool/sauna were not in service but that information was available on the website so we were fully aware of this. We didn’t have plans to use the pool/sauna since we’re just in town for a concert. Thanks for making this a great experience!! Also, price was perfect!!!!

Everything was good except for my tv wasn’t working properly with my game system, so I had my room change. In the next room the jacuzzi wasn’t working properly either and also the toilet wasn’t flushing

Needs improvement on some things
Room was nice, queen beds were true size queens, and they were comfortable, liked the decor, it had an updated look. Fridge was smaller than the normal regular size hotels normally have. The room temp felt kind of weird, don't know if there was something wrong with it. Iron board was too small, iron didn't work well, had to request another one, and it was worst. They could improve on their breakfast options, they had only one waffle maker, not impress with their breakfast at all, it was an hour before the breakfast supposed to end and ran out of coffee and it was not refilled. Overall, hotel was ok, front desk staff was friendly.

We rented a room with a spa tub. When we got there and used the tub, the jets were not working and the water had floating dirt from the tub not being cleaned. The bathroom was also out of hand soap in the bottle. We asked the front desk to have someone fix the tub while we were at dinner and it still didn't work. They gave us excuses but not solutions. We ended up having to manually open all the jets ourselves to fix it. Not happy with the front desk and maintenance staff.

Terrific experience
Great location, big room, very clean, awesome staff that is very friendly! This hotel is immediately off the freeway and getting into Detroit for the game and to Henry Ford Museum was fast and easy. I'm not sure why people are whining about the breakfast-- yogurt, instant oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, waffle station, very good bagels and TERRIFIC coffee. It's a continental-style breakfast and if you MUST have bacon and sausage, just drive 1 minute down the road to Tim Hortons, Wendy's, etc. The hotel was quiet, and the decor was very cool. We stayed 2 nights and the staff was always super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back and recommend it to others.

It is located right by a train track which was right outside our window. The area we were in was not a safe area. Our room was gross there was tissues toys and wrappers on the floor. You couldn’t even open the bathroom door all the way because the bed got in the way. There was boogers on the walls. Hotel smelled like weed even from the staff who were obviously high. When we went down for breakfast when there was still an hour left, there was no food!!!
