The woman running the desk was excellent and very accommodating. Unfortunately we booked a 2 queen bed room and got a room with 2 doubles which was pretty disappointing and ended up making sleeping with the family a little challenging.

Had a dirty pillow in my room. Pillow had lip stick and other stains on it. There were no pool towels and in the pool area and there were dirty pool towels all over. Mentioned this to Moses at the front desk and I got a response of yeah we have been busy. I also asked for pool towels
