This property is not the cleanest. Stains on walls, doors and on furniture. This is also an extended stay so children and young people are quite noisy, I’m talking like yelling down the hall at 2AM. However the breakfast was great and the staff is lovely and they are very helpful and wonderful people. Sonesta can you update this property? I think y’all need to get on that!

The property is nice looking and close to the highway and the carpet in some parts of the building looks clean. But the carpet in the stairs way or step up and down looks dirty and sofa looks dirty as well.

The room I booked, the tv wasn’t working, it took about 30 minutes to get another one. The hotel was dirty the room was clean but the walls were dirty, especially the bathroom. Some of the fixtures were loose, for example toilet paper holder screws were backed out. When I checked out they couldn’t provide a receipt and said they would email one. Didn’t receive one, called and still didn’t receive one, emailed corporate and finally got one.

Love the room love the space. The fridge and freezer had things left from the previous stay an there was always a smell in the room. I had to open the window and use room spray . Outside of those things i would come back and stay again.
