All hotels should do what Sonder is doing
OK, so this was definitely a different experience due to the check in process but it was the best. So you basically check in on the Sonder app and even your key is on the app. Totally amazing because we HATE the regular check in process at hotels. This is the future and I love it. We got an entire apartment for the price of one hotel room and it was in a great location. I came back home telling everyone about this place. Definitely recommend!

We were in town for the marathon and property was good for what we needed. Friendly staff, room was spacious and clean with good amenities. Area was close to all marathon activities, sports events, as well as great dining options. That being said…this may be the loudest hotel we have EVER stayed at. You can hear everything from toilets flushing around the building, neighbors tv, blinds opening and closing, and the street noise was NON STOP 24hrs. Very comfortable stay unless you really like your sleep or quiet time because you won’t get that here.

Had a wonderful stay at this location. View was wonderful and the bed was comfortable. Only issues we had was that the water pressure in the shower was quite low and the coffee maker was very dirty inside (so we didn’t use it) Overall though, we would happily stay here again.

I would not stay here ever again! The bed was hard, the sheets were dirty. I had to go and buy sheets to put on bed. I kept feeling I was going to get bed bugs. The tv didn’t work. The shower curtains had stains and was dirty. The pictures were misleading.

The room itsesf was perfect for what I needed, but the noise was a real problem. Right next to the elevator shaft you hear every movement it makes all day and especially the night. TV noises from neighbours were ridiculously loud, this included general TV noise during the day (they must've had it at full volume, I could hear every word from my room), there was also loud party music and noises on Friday and Saturday that went on till the small hours. In short, great room, but don't book here if you want a quiet and restful night.

Pros: room has lot of great amenities like a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a comfortable bed. Cons: Cleanliness. There was a tea bag stuck to my ceiling, and the vents were coated in dust. If I walked around my socks were covered in dust. Additionally there is no housekeeping. My room only had half a roll of toilet paper and like 3 tissues in a box. I had to request more, there weren't extras anywhere in the room. For the price I would have expected at least extra toilet paper and housekeeping. The elevator is outdated and the hallways seem a bit dirty too, but those were less of a problem.
