Hotel not operating or communicating.

I spent over an hour waiting for the shuttle, unable to reach anyone at the hotel by phone. Finally called reservations who told me they contacted the hotel and the shuttle was on its way. When the shuttle still didn’t arrive, I called again and got through to the hotel who told me the shuttle was not, in fact, on its way and that the hotel had no water. Understanding the extenuating circumstances, I’d still avoid this hotel at all costs based on how badly they mismanaged this situation. Edited to add that the hotel told me they could not provide a refund and that I’d have to contact Expedia. Expedia told me that they cannot provide the refund, and that the hotel would need to do so. Again, avoid this hotel at all costs.

Asked in advance for connecting rooms when we arrived I was told they didn’t have any available, elevators were extremely small and doors didn’t close well and during the night the shades fell while we were sleeping. Ceilings with water damage and starting to fall.

Noisy

Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. However it was very noisy. Directly across from the airport so loud jets non stop. Also other hotel guests very loud in halls and up having parties. It did not quiet down until 3am so i got very little sleep.
