The stay was disappointing. My first room lacked basic amenities like proper cutlery and felt stuffy. I was later moved to an oddly shaped corner room. Housekeeping repeatedly entered without warning, waking me up and making the experience feel invasive. Overall, poor customer service and excessive noise disrupted what should have been a restful visit.

The property was not cleaned well. I should have requested a different room. Someone else's towels were hanging in the bathroom and there was blood in the shower on the wall. We kept our socks on the carpets just felt really grimy. And there was an enormous amount of other people's bodily hair everywhere.

stayed here for me and my boyfriends anniversary. didn’t get anything special since it was just a night thing but it was pretty basic room. just expected more of a balcony. this balcony was..not even a balcony. also they state this one was a newly renovated, but seemed like it was renovated about 10 years ago. staff was great tho!

Best Stay In Troy for the money!!

I have been here several times this year and last. Always great staff, and clean rooms. Parking lot is in good condition and very well lit also. Will be a regular stay for me when in the area!

There were not enough plugs in the room, the plug where the desk and lamp were plugged into didn’t work. It looked as if our room was only half cleaned, there was no bags in the wastebasket and they were left in random places. Additionally in our search for plugs we looked behind the bed and found a lot of dirt, dust, and fake rose petals.

The hotel is fine. Nothing special but overall fine and safe. My main complaint is that the carpets in the hallways are so dirty. Just replace the carpet or something, it’s so dirty that it’s a bit depressing to go back to your room.
