It was way overpriced for the quality- stained carpets and towels on top of no sleep because everyone was screaming and fighting on our floor- the quality of the room and other guests did not match the price we paid. Screaming running down the halls until 2 am each night. Verbal arguments (screaming matches) in neighboring rooms we could hear each night. And just okay amenities would not stay here again. Staff were not super friendly not rude but again we paid a lot they weren’t particularly helpful when we asked something we just expected a little more and at least decent sleep and no stains

Was forced to leave at 6 am after getting no sleep because of the birthday party and domestic violence going on next door. Doors slamming every 2 minutes. Awful experience.

Hotel itself is fairly nice, although does seem to be going downhill a bit. The "pass the buck/it's not my problem" game is up there with the worst I've ever witnessed. There are a small handful of "EV only" plug in parking spaces. Half were occupied by non-electric vehicles. Huge signs saying "must me EV, non-EV will be towed." Asked the valet attendants about this and they laughed and said, "you can let the front desk know but they won't do anything". And that's exactly what happened. They directed me to security and they just shrugged their shoulders. Normally, this wouldn't have been a big deal but I had driven almost 2 hours and had another leg of my trip the following day. Nope, couldn't charge. Three different departments and three, "nothing we can do". Didn't even make an attempt or try.

The room was nice, but the bed was terrible. The mattress was worn out, the sheets were dingy, and the pillows were flat as pancakes. While I did not see any bugs or insects, a dead roach was in my room on the floor by the nightstand.
