Walls are paper thin! I could literally hear someone snoring in the room next to me. Everytime housekeeping went in and out of rooms to clean them you can hear the banging of the door on the lock. I requested my room to be cleaned and no one showed up. Then when I complained and asked for a later check out I was denied as they claimed they were fully booked. Yet I was able to sit in the room for an extra hour as I tried to request and no issues. Try somewhere else unless you want to be woken up by every single movement outside of your room.

Detroit is getting better!

For the most part, great experience! However, while out after checking in, we received a call that we were not checked in correctly. So when we came back that night, I had to check in again. It was a little frustrating

I love that this property is so easy to get to off the highway. Also the transportation to sporting events was fantastic and the drivers were an absolute joy to interact with. But the main part of the rooms need some updates as well as the hallways. But the bathrooms were really nice. They dont offer a military discount which is sad to me. But over a good place to stay.

The property feels dated and claustrophobic as soon as you enter the building. We had a deluxe king that cost $415 and change out the door. This room gave me motel 8 vibes - everything worn and dated. Our room smelled like chemicals when we first came in, but didn’t notice it after a few hours. While there is a separate toilet room - it didn’t have a fan… I could go on but you get the point. I would’ve felt better if this room had cost $89.

The rooms were filthy. The floors, carpets and walls of the hotel were dirty. I would have this hotel a zero stars for their filth. The staff is very entitled and there is no such thing as hotel hospitality

The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Housekeeping is lovely. The staff, particularly security, is contentious and overbearing. I should not feel like a child being scolded for wearing a lace top. Just because a person thinks a patron is showing too much skin, does not grant them ANY jurisdiction to pull said person aside to publicly demean them. I wore a lace crop top, which, at first glance, may appear translucent; however, it has flesh-toned lining beneath which obscures the entire breast. I was accosted by a female member of the staff and lectured about my appearance. I was wearing appropriate attire, covering all ‘private’ parts of my body. I paid A LOT of money to stay at an establishment where I was demeaned to feel like a child. Very displeased.
