We stayed at MGM for its free parking and walkability to Comerica Park for baseball games. It was great for that, and we were pleased with the hotel itself, especially all of the staff that was so courteous and helpful. Our stay was restful and relaxing, and we will definitely stay here again.

A great experience. Some double billing, but easily rectified and friendly explanation of error. I’d strongly recommend this hotel and would return in the future.

The staff was Absoutely amazing. From the front desk to the doorman and the valet. They weee alll so helpful. Will definitely go back!

Having the free parking was great. The rooms were decent. Coffee maker broke so we couldn’t enjoy coffee in room. Lighted mirror in the bathroom didn’t work.
Air quality wasn’t the best in the rooms and room service didn’t change the sheets, only made the bed. Carpets could use a good cleaning.
Staff was very friendly. Its convenient if you want to walk downtown Detroit or to a sporting event as it’s close to everything yet not right in the middle of the noise.
