Nice experience for the value

Pool was good, kids got to swim for a bit. Room was clean, it was also quiet where we were located which I appreciate. Overall good experience.

1. I cut my finger on a little piece of metal in the shower. (Good thing i got an up to date tetnus shot! 2. There we ladybugs EVERYWHERE, which at first I thought was cute but then there were SO MANY it was actually kinda off putting.

The place was nice think pool may have had a bit to much chlorine and beds were very uncomfortable and pillows sucked but other than that no complications. Staff was great, rooms were clean and we got all supplies when asked

Booked a room they didn’t have available for me. Got into a room TV didn’t work. Had to move me to another room no lotion or other things talked with manager. She was nice and accommodating. Told me my room wasn’t available that I had booked because I booked on a third-party and not there through them false advertisement of food that they sell or serve said they sold chicken, wings and burgers in which they do not they sell chicken chunks pretzel salad, both nights we stayed kids running up and down the halls all throughout the night and there was a sign posted saying quiet time from 8 PM to 6 AM in which was not enforced. I will not be recommended staying at this hotel nor will I stay at this hotel ever again. I am a member of Hyatt Regency. I am very disappointed. I have stayed at other Hyatt locations and never experienced this.

Horrible Experience

Checked in for two nights, and my reservation was abruptly canceled with no notification. Management did not clarify why my reservation was cancelled and we had to leave the property at 11:30pm! I will never stay at that property again.

Property was nice, just as described. Although, on the Expedia listing it shows a basketball court, which the hotel did not have, was a little disappointing to the kids. That is not necessarily the hotels fault, as they said it may have been a picture from another Hyatt hotel that Expedia posted. Kids liked the pool. Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great, a lot of options. Overall good experience.

Overall it was a very nice stay. The room was clean and comfortable. We did try to get food at the bar but were told It was closed because of understaffing. The staff were a little inattentive at the front counter. We will stay again.

The pool in the picture is NOT the pool on the property. The pool this facility actually has is over chlorinated and poorly maintained. They are using a bandaid for tape. The doors to the outside are not sealed so the area itself is freezing. The pool is heated but when you get out be prepared to be very cold, very quickly. The vent is falling apart. The walls are cracked and all of the windows have frozen water on the inside, it is that cold! Lobby and breakfast are great. My room had dead flies on the window sill. My couch and carpet were all stained up. The luggage racks are so stained and disgusting. I opted to make multiple trips instead of using them.

It was a lovely room but one evening I returned to find my room had not been cleaned. That did not make me happy. Also when I went down to the front desk to tell them there was no one there for almost 5 minutes. N vet heard of a hotel with out front desk service.
