Place was very new and front desk staffs were helpful. When it was the days for housekeeping - Room was not cleaned thoroughly - didn’t vacuum carpet, floor wasn’t cleaned. Description of the hotel mentioned an EV charger available at the property, but when we arrived, the front desk staffs mentioned that there wasn’t one available.

There were no towels in the pool area. Twice someone came and looked at the rack and didn't fill up the towels. We had to use hand towels to wipe ourselves down.

The receptionist was so friendly and amazing she immediately bring me crib for my baby… the room was super clean and super new.. my experience was beyond excellent in the hotel i would never change this hotel when i go back to Michigan

We walked in and were immediately greeted by a friendly staff member. Throughout the stay all staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were very comfy!

Our family went here for New Years eve stay, it was wonderful. When the there's no complaints at a hotel you've hit the jackpot. From the pool to the continental breakfast, and the comfortable beds. The wonderful staff nice to deal with a pleasant caring front desk. A 4STARS. I will be back.

This was my second stay and all was great. Enjoy having kitchenette and sitting area to make it a home away from home for a few days. Location is next to everything you need. 7yr old enjoyed the pool for a quick swim.

They had other guests that were beyond roust until 4-5am. They for some reason unable to “find the party” even though I could tell them they were exactly above our room. I’ve never been to a hotel that couldn’t keep noise to a minimum.

Staying here was an excellent experience. It is very clean. The breakfast was fantastic and filling. The gym has plenty of options. The staff are attentive and friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It is also close to Great Lakes Crossings.
