We honestly were only here for a few hours after check in as we had an early flight from DTW. That being said, everything was great and as expected. If you are needing to find parking for a week, ask about their deal with QwikPark next door. It was a nice surprise.

The staff was great but the rooms were old, especially the carpet. The mattress was uncomfortable and in need of replacement. The window curtains were damaged and would not close completely. The lights in the elevator were not working and I could hear the people in the room above me walking around. I will not be staying here again.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and while the location was convenient for our travel needs, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the tub, which was quite off-putting. The sheets seemed clean, but the carpet was dirty, and there was a lingering smoke smell throughout the room and hallway, despite it being a non-smoking area. On a positive note, the check-in process was quick and the staff member was friendly and efficient. Overall, this hotel feels dated and not well-maintained. It served its purpose, but I wouldn’t stay here again due to the lack of cleanliness.

Never stay here again
We arrived late in the evening. We got a suite which supposed to be a "business" suite but did not even have a pen or paper available. The business suite had no door between the rooms (family rooms do have a door. The carpet was dirty and the hinge to the cabinet were the fridge was broken and so an electrical outlet. The sleeper sofa had an old worn mattress on it and you could feel the metall springs poking in your back. The breakfast was ok. Water pressure was best ever that why I gave 2 stars. No, I would not stay here again. I tried to call hotels.com to request a stay in another hotel or a refund but I was just blocked from communicating and there was a 2 hr wait when I called. I feel like the hotel was not worth the $527.09 I paid. Wanted to attach some photos was could not
