I didn’t like that the room was $349 and super out dated and dirty. There was no ice machine on our floor and check in was pretty late. There was no secure WiFi either. Not worth the money

This is tucked away right off a freeway interchange. The area is very dark and there is really nothing close by such as restaurants.

I checked in and went to my room. I was in my room for about 10 minutes, went to the bathroom and grabbed a hand towel hanging above the toilet. I wiped my hands with it, wnd the whole towel was dirty. I was disgusted!!! I did call and ask if i cpuld get new towels and the woman asked if i wasnted new towels or to switch rooms, i said new towels. But when my kids found out they didnt want to stay in the room anymore im fear the whole room was dirty. So we asked to have a new room snd we got a new room on a different floor and it was a much better room! But still felt disgusted.

I waited at the desk for awhile before anyone came to assist with check-in. After finally getting room key i walked inside the room, turned on light and seen a bug run across the wall.. i immediately gathered my bags and headed back to checkout. I still haven't received a refund. But refused to stay in a hotel with bugs.

Employees were good people. Can't help it's not a very nice area of town. My main deal is that I expect a certain level with Holiday Inn. The shower was gross and the bottom of the toilet had black stains. How bout a bit of remodeling? Nice bed. I would not stay here again.

This is our second time staying here and it just gets better each time. The staff is amazing! The hotel is quiet and so clean. The hot tub and pool area is well maintained. Not a bad review from us! We have found our hotel when we come for the Michigan games!
