Here’s a revised version of your review that incorporates everything clearly and powerfully while keeping the serious tone and calling out the inappropriate and discriminatory behavior: ⸻ 1 out of 10 – Racist, Unprofessional, and a Complete Scam This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I paid $171 for a room through a third-party booking site. When I arrived with my partner, we had multiple issues with the room key—had to go back and forth to the front desk several times—until we were finally given a different room. I even have a video in the room at 12:47 a.m. as proof that we were checked in and present. Despite this, the hotel tried to charge me a $1,645 no-show fee. That makes absolutely no sense. If the room was $171, how does a no-show fee plus any additional charges total over $1,600? It’s completely unjustified and feels like a scam. To make things worse, when I went to dispute it, I was met with harsh, unprofessional, and racist remarks from the hotel manager, Brayden, who told me, “You know your people—you probably spent it at the casino and forgot.” Not only is that deeply offensive and racist, but it’s also factually wrong: you can’t use a credit card at the casino, and I don’t gamble. This place is untrustworthy, disrespectful, and discriminatory. I would never recommend staying here to anyone. Save your money and your dignity—go somewhere else.

View was good. Room was ok besides the stain bedsheets and broken door to the fridge. Small fridge was not cold enough. Front staff were missing and there was a line. No one was around to ask for help and or on their phones.

The hotel was beautiful, better than others I’ve stayed in, in this area. However, we were in town for the Detroit Grand Prix, a lot of road closures were happening. There were not many signs indicating how to get to the hotel parking. When I called several times for directions on how to get there I kept getting different answers. The first day I had to pay 20 dollars to park in a parking garage because we couldn’t find the hotel parking and we were going to miss the race. It was confusing to get around the inside of the hotel. The casino was what was promoted the most!! They had signs EVERYWHERE for the casino. Not many signs for the hotel. There was elevator after elevator to get to different levels. The hotel staff were nice but they were more focused on having conversations with their friends than the guest. Security wasn’t any better not even bothering to help give directions. We ended up leaving a day early because I was just so overwhelmed and fed up with getting lost every time we left our room. We couldn’t even get help with how to use the card to gamble. We ended up going over to motor city casino hotel to gamble before we left. Their access was much easier. I would NEVER stay in this hotel again. You should of been prepared for the race and had members of ur team on hand to help guide people in the correct direction.

Hotel is located in party location and night time is noisy with lots of reverberation Hotel is pretty clean but room was not cleaned during my three night stay security seems pretty good and visible Parking is very good and elevators are fast
