Beautifully decorated hotel. Lots of security. Rooms good of been cleanier upon arrival. The sheets were dirty, bathroom floors needed swept, worse there were hairs in the wash cloth.

The parking was a little confusing. We had trouble finding the entrance of the parking structure. Otherwise the hotel and surrounding area offered a lot of walkable options for entertainment and dining. The hotel staff was accommodating and helpful.

Hotel room itself was decent but apparently dated, Several surfaces in the hotel room were dirty and worn. Bedding had black stains (though likely from the laundry system), ice machine was filthy, fitness center was out of order until further notice, hotel common areas smell like cigarettes, parking complex was difficult to find. Overall, not the experience that I expected from a 4-star hotel.
