I did not like the fact that the heat in my room stopped working 2 nights in a row. The first night it took maintenance over an hour to come up. I had to call front desk twice. The second night, a young guy came up to fix the issue and he left the room smelling like weed. The parking situation is insane. $100 extra to park my car in valet but when I checked out my car was actually in an unsecured parking lot which costs less to park in over the weekend. Elevators.. old and slow! Had to take the stairs several times this weekend

The rooms are clean and if they dont meet your expectations they will make it right. The Valet guys are terrific and go above a beyond!

Being from a really small town up north in MI, this was def a trip to the big city! I missed having a microwave (didn't get to snack on our delicious leftovers from eating in a fancy restaurant). Front desk gal & valets were very nice. The gal at the front desk has to answer several calls while checking us in, I would suggest a second employee up front

Outstanding customer service. Late check-out. Reasonable cost breakfast buffet. Extremely convenient to Huntington Place Convention Center.

The room and building were clean, but the suite was way smaller than I expected.

Paint peeling from the walls . Lights and tv did not work. Staff was unhelpful. They charge $40 valet to park no exceptions . The view from the room is the only thig that was nice. I can say much more but its not worth it.

The bed wasn’t clean there was hair from other customers from before on the sheets and pillows and mold in the bathroom
