Wish Hotels.Com didn't bury fine print way at the bottom of the page, or would list pet fees more prominently. Pet fee was expensive. Maybe that's normal, but not what I'd consider pet friendly. They also charge for parking. Room was decently clean, except for a girl scout cookie stuck to the top of the air conditioner. Body wash in the shower was empty, and both the shampoo and conditioner were obviously watered down. They gave us a room with a small balcony instead of the large balcony I booked. I didn't think anything of it or really care at the time, since the price online was the same. But when I checked out, they had someone else's name listed on my room, and I was charged both the online booking price plus another charge for an entire room instead of just the pet fee. I live in the area, so when I noticed the extra charge I went back to get it fixed, but the receptionist couldn't fix it, promised to have a manager call me. A week later, no call, no refund, so I had to go back a second time. They say they've refunded it now, but still waiting to see if I need to file a CC dispute.

Kitchen staff was very rude to customers, when her called breakfast was empty in every tray. Very poor breakfast choice. Will rather stay elsewhere where there is a consistency of services.

Parking was easy. The staff was friendly. The room was ok; nothing special and could use some maintenance. The shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser in the shower had apparently fallen off the wall at some point as it is now sitting along the wall at the end of the tub. There is also a large crack on the headboard of the bed. These things did not effect the function of the room but were disappointing for the price paid for the room. Overall the hotel is nice and I felt comfortable and safe staying there. I would stay there again when I come to town.

While the price was good and the location was perfect, the staff did not give us the room we paid for, due to the employee not knowing that some King rooms have a chair and some have a pull out bed. Our daughter needed somewhere to sleep, and almost had to use a pallet to sleep on (their idea), but instead managed to swap out our room instead. We ended up with an upgrade from a pullout couch to 2 beds, but the room reeked of weed, there was an opened can in the fridge, and towels piled up behind the door. The beds were made, so someone went in there before we did, and didnt clean fully. While we appreciate that our daughter didnt have to sleep on the floor, we paid for a room with a pullout couch, so they should make sure they have a failsafe way to prevent that from happening to someone else, especially if they are going into a sold out weekend and cant easily swap.
