Strong weed smell throughout the halls. Only 1 elevator. Parking and doors very confusing. Pool area was dirty, even the following morning. No towels. Room was nice though.

I ordered a double queen (third party) and got a deluxe king. I asked them to fix it at the desk and they told me this is what the third party assigned and that hotel staff could t change it. Had to ask for more bedding because the hideabed had nothing in the room. The hallways reeked of weed smoke. To be fair, it may have been around checkout time when I arrived, and they did let me check in early without a fee. I had to get my room key card fixed multiple times. It’s either the door lock or the key card machine that isn’t working, who knows. The pool was cloudy and there were dirty towels thrown everywhere and no clean towels available in the pool area. The safety equipment was mistreated by other guests and was disassembled and floating around in the pool. The smell in the hall did improve as the day went on and the safety equipment was removed from the pool by the time we were ready to use it, however there were still dirty towels lying everywhere. Our room does appear to be clean, with clean bedding and towels. The tub looks clean.

This property had great customer service but if there was a breakfast available it was confusing and not well staffed. They also did not do snow removal early enough in the morning so it was tricky getting out of the parking lot.
