The staff was great. Check is was very easy and they didn't charge a late fee for checking in. Breakfast was very good and the gal in charge of the breakfast hall was very friendly. The room was not good. It was dirty and the beds were uncomfortable. The shower was slimy and there was no hot water. The shower curtain rod was half falling off the wall so the curtain would not stay shut, making it so water was all over the floor

This hotel should be condemned, the room smelled of cigarettes and urine. The pillows were small and the carpets were strained with fluids. The lighting was awful and the sheets had bed bugs. Don’t stay here ever. Any positive review on here is a lie as this place is not good

Stayed here before an early flight, the check in process was painful. Many people were there due to a cancelled flight, the person working the front desk continued to answer the phone through checking everyone in. Each persons check in was 10 minutes long. This was at 11pm at night. Room had paintings ripped off the wall. The shuttle was good but also left 4 minutes early.

Carpets are all damaged . The shower at one point locked in and almost gave me a heart attack. I recorded it and it was like a plane taking off but worse. Very uncleanliness and carpets are gross. Needs a renovation and a better cleaner! It’s old and run down and should be charging motel prices if that’s the case. Also The so-called free shuttle stops at four different hotels so I had to book an Uber. It took almost 27 minutes to get there and I almost miss checking in my flight. Was the only Uber available at that time of morning . Not cool.

Disappointed
Had to flush toilet each time we used it, even just paper. Handle for shower very loose and had to be pressed in against back of shower to turn on for water. Heat did not work. However, staff personnel were very friendly and helpful. Feel your Hotel needs a good upgrade starting with replacing toilets to more standard height. While I understand there are handicap rooms with high toilets the ones otherwise sit very, very low.
